We can help you manage your anxiety, depression and anger issues using psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies (DBT).
Relationships are hard. We can help you get your relationship to a better place. Whether it is your relationship with your partner or your children, we can help you resolve conflicts and communicate better, improving your relationship satisfaction.
Some court cases require a forensic evaluation to help the court better understand your personality, cognitive abilities and situational dynamics. We work with your attorney to provide reports and/or testimony to help you resolve your case.
Do you think you have ADHD, a learning or developmental disability, cognitive impairment or are you interested in better understanding your personality structure? We administer psychological assessments to help answer these questions.
We have co-authored a book on Happiness, written psychological articles for Psychology Today's Blog and other publications. We have taught psychology courses and given lectures about mental wellness to professionals. If you need help getting information about psychology to others, please contact us so we can help you.
